The Kel’dwa Ring is a relic that has a unique upgrade system. The first version is obtained in the classic way by assembling 100 fragments of the Kel’Dwa and rewards you with the Weakened Kel’dwa. To restore power to this ring, you will need the help of Otomai.
It should be noted that the Weakened and Imperfect rings are level 125 and are exchangeable. A player below level 140 can therefore equip them but will not be able to upgrade them until they have the level for the quests.
Hint: Otomai is the Chief of Clan of this zone, he is indicated by a yellow star on your card.
